About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from conception to delivery. You will work with clients, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
PMP or similar certification is a plus
